Report / skip incapacitated combatants on their turn

Currently the tracker supports showing (shaken) for combatants on their turn whilst shaken.

Potentially it could show (incapacitated) for combatants on their turn whilst incapacitated. Or potentially skip their turn entirely, as bleeding out combatants should roll at the start of the round, rather than during any turn ordering.

I wouldn't have this skip as on their turn an incapacitated Wild Card needs to make rolls to die/recover etc.

That was my first thought, although SWD states that Wild Cards roll at the start of the round.

I guess this stops bleeding out PCs going "on hold" ;)
