Deadlands: Hide "poker" cards from GM

My players are a bit narked that when their posse player poker any NPCs can see their cards....

Can we add an option to hide cards from the GM as well?

This feature is especially needed for Duel style gunfights, your opponent not knowing when you're going to pull the trigger is vital in those situation.
