Reset bennies at beginning of session

Add a function to allow a GM to automatically reset bennies to their starting amount for each session. (default 3) (+1 for Luck Edge)

Might make a String -> function handler to allow extension to "plug in" other benny adjusting edges though - keeping with my "v3.2 should be more extensible" theme.
