Allow for longer module names

Currently long-ish module names break the interface, pushing the opening book icon off to the right.

Modify the module interface to not only support longer names (perhaps by using a smaller font or allowing a bigger area for title display) but also provide a workaround for modules with far too long name, perhaps trimming them to prevent the book icon going off the right hand side and becoming unusable.
