Format equipment page to show all of the text.

In the library - SWEX Player guide, under Hand Weapons. Not all the text for the weapons are there. They are either just not there, or its formatted in a way so its cut off. Not all of the weapons listed are effected, but some just end off in the middle of a word, or the sentence is cut off.

Have rewritten the hand weapons table as part of "draggable weapons" - this got fixed in the process !
