Often my players, having lined up perfect modifiers for their turns, roll a raise and then throw out the regular damage dice (forgetting to click the raise dice).
My idea was to add functionality to throw out a raise die (e.g. a 1d6 that will explode) when anyone double-clicks the raise die. This would allow someone to quickly throw an extra dice in.
Another option might have been to add it to the raise damage dice radial menu, but this is inconsistent (desktop elements don't normally use the menu system) and it would probably then be easier to use a regular non-exploding D6
