Add bonuses to Weapon rolls (e.g. trademark weapon)

Allow bonuses on weapon rolls, exactly the same as for skills. This would allow for a +1 for trademark weapon, or +2 for shotguns for instance.

These bonuses should stack with the bonuses from the underlying skill being used for the weapon roll.
