Automated Weapon Effects (like Stun Gun)

Weapons that apply effects like Stun (where the target has to make a Vigor roll or be stunned) currently require a manual roll to apply. It would be nice if when you Hit, the player can roll the in the damage window and the target has to make the appropriate roll, and then the effect is applied.
