Arcane Background (Black Magic)

Per your request, adding a ticket to see Arcane Background (Black Magic) added to Deadlands Reloaded.

It's an NPC-only AB but necessary to build a lot of the published NPCs with NPC Maker. (Also some of the DLR NPCs such as Cult Leader use that AB).
