Allow players to draw cards from decks

It would be nice if I could get my players to draw their own cards from the deck for things like random chance events, dramatic tasks and social encounters. I do this in face to face games and even though it technically makes no difference I find players enjoy the 'feel' of pulling their own card instead of being dealt one.
