Renew power button issues in CT

When I press the renew power button in the combat tracker next to an effect, it renews every effect that matches the name, even if it was added by other players (changing the name in the CT unlinks the renew, changing back to identical names links it back again)
Also it renews by 3 rounds, instead of just 1 in SWD.
