Create/load other Arcane Backgrounds from books

When you load the Core Rules or any Module, they only have the base or setting "Arcane Backgrounds". It Would be nice if you load a Module you could have access to their "Arcane Backgrounds" (AKA Fantasy Companion with Arcane Background: Sorcery)

Also it would be nice if when we create a New Edge for our Campaign, we could choose it to be an Arcane Background.
