Savage Worlds black might be so different as to require its own module. It certainly might be different enough to be confusing using settings that use the original rules.
I'd rather see this in the current iteration of Savage Worlds rather than wait for Savage Worlds Adventure Edition, which could be more than a year away from FG implementation.
Extend that to include a recall function for Wierd Scientists who can allocate power to items... remember what you allocated and reset them when you rest... a default allocation.
