Vehicle crew setup

Provide functionality to setup crew for vehicle. Crew member types could be "pilot", "gunner" and "other". If you are pilot your pilot/driving rolls would associate to that vehicle. If you're gunner you get access to vehicle weapons and can make attack rolls from there. Other doesn't have any benefits. When vehicle with crew is added to CT, crew members become sub-entries within vehicle, pilot first, then gunner, and last others.

What else you think this feature could provide?

Vehicles already have better CT support (things you mentioned) in v4.5. This ticket is about setting up vehicle crew
